Anvil International Adds New Mechanical/Industrial Specialist in Jim Roland
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (October 3, 2011) — Anvil International, one of the largest and most complete manufacturers of pipe fittings, pipe hangers and piping support systems in the world, announced that Jim Roland has joined the company as Mechanical/Industrial Specialist for the Midwest Region. Roland’s background includes more than 20 years of sales experience in the pipe, valve and fitting industry. Prior to joining Anvil, he spent 16 years at Goodin Company in St. Paul, Minnesota, a wholesaler of pipe valves, fittings and HVAC supplies. At Goodin, Roland helped drive growth in the Midwest region, delivering consistently high levels of customer service and being recognized on numerous occasions as one of the organization’s top ten sales representatives.
Previously he served as Territory Manager for S.D. McCullough and Associates, a leading midwest manufacturer’s representative firm, where he managed sales operations across a multi-state territory.
